Farmasiet is hiring an AI Developer to join its internal AI lab and develop, test, and scale AI solutions for the organization and its customers. The role involves building AI agents, chatbots, and automated workflows; improving customer journeys; working with data collection, quality, and structuring; prototyping with modern AI technologies; and ensuring privacy, security, and responsible AI use, especially with health data. The position requires experience with AI frameworks, agent architecture, orchestration systems, LLMs, prompt engineering, APIs, databases, and backend programming, and is based in Oslo.
