Description
NXP is hiring an AI Verification Engineering Intern to develop AI-powered verification assistants, agents, and automation tools for semiconductor verification productivity. The intern will build RAG and AI-agent workflows, support verification planning, testbench generation, coverage analysis, regression analysis, debugging, knowledge search, and EDA-tool integration, and evaluate emerging AI technologies. The role requires a relevant BS/MS student, strong Python, machine learning or LLM familiarity, software development and debugging experience, and semiconductor verification knowledge. It lasts approximately two quarters and is onsite preferred for about four days per week.
