Papaya Global is hiring an AI Workflow Automation Engineer to build and deploy production-grade AI workflows and intelligent agents across business functions. The role translates business needs into scalable solutions using orchestration tools, LLM frameworks, and integration infrastructure; leads the full lifecycle from design through testing and rollout; partners with business units and IT; and tracks adoption and business outcomes. Candidates need a relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, at least four years of operational software or automation experience including one year with AI-powered workflows, strong Python skills, and experience with automation or agent frameworks.
