7shifts is hiring an AI Workflow Engineer to report to the CTO and partner with business leaders to identify automation opportunities, redesign processes, and build AI-powered workflows using LLMs, agents, APIs, and automation platforms. The role covers prototyping, testing, deployment, documentation, guardrails, enablement, and measurement of time saved, capacity created, and efficiency gains. Candidates should have hands-on experience with LLMs and AI tools, a technical foundation in Python, SQL, databases, APIs, and modern development or cloud platforms, and a business-first approach to solving ambiguous problems. The role supports hybrid work with offices in Saskatoon and Toronto.
