7shifts is hiring an AI Workflow Engineer to partner with business leaders, redesign processes, and build AI-powered workflows and automations that create capacity and efficiency. The role involves using LLMs, agents, APIs, databases, and automation platforms to prototype, test, deploy, document, and measure the impact of solutions, while maintaining responsible data and security practices. It reports to the CTO and supports a hybrid work arrangement with offices in Saskatoon and Toronto.
