Microsoft is hiring a Sales Specialist – AI Workforce for its Federal organization to lead end-to-end AI Workforce transformation for United States government agencies. The role owns the engagement cycle, builds pipeline, develops win strategies, delivers demos and pilots, expands Microsoft 365 and AI Workforce solutions, and meets or exceeds revenue targets. It requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least four years of technology-related sales or account management experience, U.S. citizenship verification, and a Microsoft Cloud background check. Preferred qualifications include experience with Generative and Agentic AI, Microsoft Copilot, AI agents, forecasting, and complex matrixed teams. The typical U.S. base pay range is USD $107,600–$187,500 per year, with higher ranges for the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area.
