Description

Huron is seeking a senior manager to lead AICC engineers, focusing on growing the engineering team, owning engagement delivery, staying technically proficient, and managing business relationships. The role involves sprint planning, ensuring solution quality, building reusable tools, and contributing to talent growth. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in software development, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of agile methodologies.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: building or delivering technical work
leading engineers
Preferred Qualifications: Solid full-stack background: React and JavaScript / TypeScript on the front end, and Python (FastAPI, Django, Flask) on the back end.
Has built and shipped AI solutions (LLMs and agents) into real systems, and knows how to test that work so the team can stand behind its quality.
Cloud (Azure, AWS) and containers (Docker, Kubernetes), with sound CI/CD, testing, and secure development practices.
Agile and Scrum delivery, including sprint planning and working in sprints.
Depth across several technical areas, and a track record of mentoring others in them.
Comfortable in fast-paced, changing environments with shifting priorities and unclear problems.
Can translate business workflows into working solutions.
