Active Day is hiring an ODP Program Specialist to assess adults with intellectual disabilities, develop and monitor individualized goals, participate in Individual Service Plan meetings, coordinate provider services, maintain regulatory and safety documentation, and support members with daily needs and crises. The role requires relevant education and experience working with persons with disabilities, strong organizational and communication skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and successful background and MVR checks for Hamilton, Ohio centers.
