The role coordinates with cross-functional stakeholders, translates complex technical concepts into accessible content, produces written, video, and interactive learning, leverages AI tools, measures training effectiveness, and uses data to improve performance and close knowledge gaps. Candidates need at least five years of experience defining training strategy and managing programs, a bachelor's degree or equivalent, and strong program management, stakeholder influence, writing, and communication skills.
