Apple is hiring an AIML Data Operations Team Lead to lead and develop 25–30 Annotation Analysts. The role focuses on operational success, performance management, coaching, hiring, training, staff meetings, one-on-ones, cross-functional collaboration, and driving operational improvements. Candidates need at least two years of people-management experience in a large or multi-site inbound contact center or similar environment, experience leading in a professional setting, knowledge of contact-center management tools and performance metrics, and strong communication and coaching skills. AIML data annotation, project management, data analysis, and quality-management-systems experience are preferred.
