Apple's Responsible AI team is hiring a Senior Operations Program Manager to own partnerships, vendor relationships, and data operations for Safety Evaluation and Red Teaming programs. The role manages internal crowd and external vendor relationships, scales human-labeled data and workforce infrastructure, coordinates feedback between Red Teaming, Evaluation, and Post-Ship Insights, maintains documentation and tooling roadmaps, and governs data infrastructure for safety benchmarking and LLM-judge validation across international markets.
