Description
Aimpoint AB is hiring Precision Assemblers/Operators for its Malmö production facility. The role involves carefully assembling small components at various stations, following instructions, maintaining quality, and working efficiently. No prior precision-assembly experience is required because a thorough on-site introduction is provided. The position is full-time through StudentConsulting, with opportunities for direct employment with Aimpoint after an initial consulting period, and requires Swedish communication skills, successful work tests, background and health checks, and willingness to work Monday–Friday on either a two-shift schedule or a fixed night shift.
