SPIE ICS is hiring a permanent, full-time AIOps Innovation Architect to lead the design, implementation, and evolution of Network AIOps solutions. The role focuses on proactive incident diagnosis, automated incident correlation, network-state auditing, AI-driven closed-loop remediation, specification-driven development, technology monitoring, and adoption across teams. The position requires at least five years of experience in a similar role, proven agentic architecture experience, knowledge of decoupled architectures and MCP, English fluency, and a driver's license; the posting also lists a master's degree or equivalent and extensive experience in AI, network orchestration, Python, Ansible, Git, CI/CD, GitOps, RedHat, and Zabbix.
