Description

Toss Bank is hiring an AIOps Platform Engineer to build and operate an infrastructure-specialized AIOps platform that connects metrics, logs, and traces with AI for incident prediction, anomaly detection, closed-loop automation, and self-healing. The role includes data collection pipelines, time-series forecasting, visualization, correlation analysis, LLM and incident-knowledge-base integration, and measurement of MTTD/MTTR improvements. Candidates need at least three years of experience in data pipelines, platform engineering, SRE, or infrastructure engineering, along with programming, Linux, infrastructure, and open-source platform experience.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: At least 3 years of experience in data pipelines, platform engineering, SRE, or infrastructure engineering
Hands-on experience designing, building, and operating an open-source-based collection and analysis platform
Experience building end-to-end data pipelines
Proficiency in at least one primary programming language
Experience processing large-scale metrics and logs
Experience using time-series databases and search engines
Linux systems administration skills
Understanding of infrastructure monitoring, networking, storage, and virtualization
Deep understanding of open-source tools and experience customizing and internalizing them
Preferred Qualifications: Experience building and operating an AIOps or monitoring platform
Understanding of time-series anomaly detection algorithms
Experience building LLM API integration pipelines and prompt engineering
Experience operating private cloud or large-scale on-premises infrastructure
Experience responding to infrastructure incidents on-call
Understanding of financial-sector security regulations such as ISMS-P
