Description
Linaker is hiring an HVAC Engineer to deliver planned and reactive maintenance across commercial and retail sites. The role covers PPM and fault-finding work on air-handling units, fan-coil units, VRV/VRF, split systems, and chillers, including mechanical and electrical repairs, compliance documentation, CAFM reporting, and van-stock management. Candidates need an NVQ Level 3 in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration or HVAC, F-Gas Category 1, commercial HVAC maintenance experience, strong fault-finding skills, a full UK driving licence, and health and safety knowledge.
