Description
The Air Export Agent will process export shipments and accompanying documentation, track and trace shipments, enter data, dispatch freight, communicate with customers and partners, monitor reports, bill clients, and maintain compliance with internal, regulatory, and customer requirements. The role requires 6 months to 1 year of related experience or training, strong communication and organizational skills, computer proficiency, English fluency, U.S. work authorization, and availability for overtime and weekends; IATA certification is preferred.
