Expeditors is hiring an Air Export Agent to manage the timely and accurate movement of international air freight and related information while delivering customer service. The role handles export process flow, operational data entry, tracking and tracing, arrival notices, billing, customer and supplier communications, compliance, standard operating procedures, and KPI performance. Candidates should have 6 months to 1 year of related experience or training, strong communication and organization skills, computer proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, fluent English, and preferably IATA certification and knowledge of air documentation.
