Description
The Air Export AOG Agent will process export shipments and accompanying documentation, track and trace shipments, enter data, dispatch freight, communicate with customers and partners, monitor reports, bill clients, maintain service-provider relationships, and comply with internal and regulatory requirements. The role requires 6 months to 1 year of related experience or training, air-documentation knowledge, strong communication and organizational skills, computer proficiency, and fluent English; IATA certification is preferred. Annual training is provided.
