The Air Export Agent will process export shipments and accompanying documentation, track and trace shipments, prepare and handle air waybills and customs documents, enter data, dispatch freight, monitor reports, bill clients, and maintain relationships with airlines, trucking companies, and other service providers. The role requires strong communication, organizational, computer, problem-solving, and attendance skills, along with 52 hours of annual training.
