Description
The Air Export Specialist ensures timely and accurate movement of freight and information, maintains operational-system data entry, tracks and reports air-export files, communicates arrival notices, handles customer and service-provider billing, arranges international shipments, and maintains supplier and customer relationships. The role requires 6 months to 1 year of related experience or training, English fluency, strong organization and computer skills, and knowledge of air documentation is a plus. It reports to the Air Export Supervisor and Manager and includes medical insurance, paid leave, life insurance, stock purchase, training, growth opportunities, and 26 days of work-from-home setup per year.
