Expeditors is hiring a Logistics Operations Specialist to maintain customer service, ensure efficient shipment processes, perform accurate data entry and shipment tracking, manage billing and disputes, support SOP and KPI compliance, and represent the company to customers and agencies. The role requires DG certification, export-compliance knowledge, strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, and familiarity with automation, Microsoft technologies, APIs, integrations, and basic AI concepts. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 3 a.m. to noon, with an expected hourly range of $24.00 to $30.00 and benefits including medical, dental, vision, HSA, retirement matching, and paid leave.
