DHL Global Forwarding is hiring an Air Export Supervisor in Atlanta, Georgia to oversee the end-to-end performance and profitability of its local Air Freight Export product team, including operations and customer service. The role manages KPIs, customer escalations, safety and security, internal process improvements, financial reporting, carrier performance, and unionized staff development. Candidates should have a BA/BS or at least two years of supervisory experience in logistics or transportation, strong communication and computer skills, and knowledge of air freight export processes; unionized-supervisory experience and Cargo Wise knowledge are preferred. The position offers a base salary of $79,777.50 to $106,370.00 plus performance incentives, medical, vision, and dental benefits, and does not offer visa sponsorship.
