DHL Global Forwarding is hiring a full-time Air Import Agent in Hebron, Kentucky, to execute import orders, coordinate customs brokerage and air and ground transportation, manage inbound shipments and purchase orders, prepare cargo-release documentation, process ThermoNet shipments, handle customer inquiries and escalations, and coordinate pickups and deliveries. The role requires international freight forwarding experience, DHL ThermoNet and GxP training, strong customer service and organizational skills, and flexibility for possible evening or weekend shifts. The pay range is $23.36 to $31.14 per hour, with medical, vision, dental, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
