Description
The Air Import Agent ensures timely and accurate movement of air freight and information, maintains customer service standards, enters and tracks shipment data, coordinates customs documentation, handles billing, communicates with customers and suppliers, and meets operational and compliance requirements. The role requires 6 months to 1 year of related experience or training, strong organization and computer skills, fluent English, and preferably IATA certification; it reports to the Air Import Lead Agent, Supervisor, and Manager and includes medical health plan coverage and other benefits.
