Description
The Air Import Billing Specialist prepares and validates invoices for air import shipments, coordinates shipment details with operations, maintains billing records, resolves customer billing inquiries and disputes, and supports customs documentation and freight dispatch. The role requires a high school degree or equivalent, English fluency, United States work authorization, and the ability to commute to Hawthorne, California; it is scheduled Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM and pays $20–$30 per hour.
