The Air Import Supervisor leads and supervises an air-import operations team, overseeing daily operational execution, capacity, compliance, performance metrics, employee development, onboarding, training, billing, customer relationships, and business development. The role requires hands-on air shipment operations knowledge, global logistics experience, team leadership, analytical and communication skills, and English and Spanish proficiency; a bachelor's degree in foreign trade or equivalent education and experience is preferred, while IATA certification is also preferred.
