DMS Logistics is hiring an Air Operations Coordinator to design shipments, coordinate pickups and deliveries, monitor domestic road transport, validate logistics and tax documents, control transportation and warehousing costs, communicate with customers and carriers, and monitor operational KPIs. The role requires an undergraduate degree in Foreign Trade, International Relations, or a related field, advanced English, United States air-operations and inland-transportation experience, import-process knowledge, Incoterms knowledge, freight-forwarding experience, and basic IATA and ANAC knowledge. The position follows a hybrid model with three days in the office and includes a semiannual bonus, home-office allowance, partially subsidized health plan, and other benefits.
