Description
The NYC Department of Environmental Protection is hiring an Environmental Engineering Intern to support the New York City Air Pollution Control Program. The intern will receive training and perform duties including examining applications for combustion and industrial process equipment, conducting field inspections and equipment testing, preparing technical reports, inspecting premises and construction sites, and conducting engineering analysis. A valid New York State driver's license is mandatory, and applicants must have a relevant baccalaureate degree or a relevant engineering technology degree with two years of full-time environmental engineering experience.
