Description
The Air Traffic Training Instructor delivers theoretical and practical training, develops teaching materials, assesses performance, supervises course participants, leads courses aligned with the DFS competency model, and coordinates guest lecturers, simulation coaches, and simulator operations. The role requires Air Traffic Controller Tower training, extensive Tower Air Traffic Controller experience, several years of workplace and simulation instructor experience, strong German and English communication skills, and an instructor qualification such as ABQ or ADQ. It is a full-time position in Langen, Hesse, with a 38.5-hour workweek and benefits including pension, vacation, training, and employee discounts.
