The role involves building relationships with government partners, identifying market demand, leading compliant proposals, evaluating airborne platforms and sensors, developing effects-as-a-service solutions, identifying industry partners, and turning prospects into programs. Candidates need 10+ years of aerospace and defense experience, operational experience in a relevant mission, and strong technical writing skills; the position is full-time, office-based, with 25% travel and on-call availability.
