Description
The Aircraft Maintenance Manager oversees Thrive Aviation’s maintenance control operations for its fleet, ensuring regulatory compliance, airworthiness, proper documentation, budgeting, scheduling, and safe execution of maintenance work. The role manages and coaches Maintenance Controllers, directs skilled technicians, communicates with staff and management, and may require travel. It requires a current A&P license, a bachelor’s degree in aviation management or a related field, or 7–10 years of aircraft maintenance and inspection experience with a Part 135 operator, plus five years in a supervisor or management position.
