BAE Systems is hiring a Saudi National aircraft maintenance supervisor in Taif at Grade GG07. The role allocates manpower across maintenance, flight-line, EOR, and Hit Team duties; coordinates spares, technical reports, inspections, shift handovers, tooling, approved-data compliance, quality reporting, troubleshooting, aircrew debriefs, manpower training, stock monitoring, and staff welfare and discipline. Candidates need HNC-level education or equivalent, a recognized aircraft engineering apprenticeship or aircraft-systems qualification, formal Typhoon Mechanical Systems Q annotation, and three years of post-qualification military fast-jet maintenance experience at supervisor level, plus managerial, communication, English-language, engineering-procedure, and ESS reporting experience.
