Description

BAE Systems is hiring a Saudi-national Aircraft Maintenance Supervisor in Taif to manage manpower allocation across maintenance, flight-line, EOR and hit-team duties for Typhoon mechanical systems. The role includes aircraft spares and technical request management, PMDS/SHM/EHM data analysis, technician support, supervisory inspections, tool control, approved-data compliance, shift handovers, manpower development, quality reporting, stock monitoring, and staff welfare and discipline. Applicants need HNC-level education or equivalent, an aircraft engineering apprenticeship or similar qualification, formal Typhoon Mechanical Systems experience with a Q annotation, and at least three years of post-qualification military fast-jet maintenance experience at supervisor level.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: HNC level education or recognised equivalent, or relevant experience with formal workplace training; recognised aircraft engineering apprenticeship or equivalent aircraft systems qualification.
Required Previous Experiences: Previous Typhoon Mechanical Systems experience with formal Q annotation.
At least 3 years of post-qualification military fast-jet maintenance support experience at supervisor level in an operational military flying environment.
Experience managing engineering personnel at all levels.
Preferred Qualifications: Aerospace managerial experience on third- or fourth-generation military aircraft at supervisor or equivalent level.
Aviation industry experience in a Gulf Coast country.
Record of meeting strict deadlines while maintaining standards and quality.
Conscientious work style and meticulous attention to detail.
