Lockheed Martin is hiring a full-time F-35 Aircraft Maintenance Training Specialist at Ebbing Field, Arkansas, to support F-35 maintenance training across domestic and international operating locations. The role serves as a subject matter expert in F-35 maintenance, joint technical data, CMMS documentation, action requests, on-the-job training, instructor certification, and course development; it also requires training ground-handling, engine removal, and component-replacement procedures. The position involves frequent extended business travel, flexible night and weekend coverage, and physically demanding work, and requires U.S. citizenship, an Interim Secret clearance, and the ability to obtain a Final Secret clearance. Candidates need at least six years of aircraft maintenance experience without a bachelor’s degree or three years with a bachelor’s degree, including at least two years of F-35B experience and extensive ALIS knowledge. The salary range is $65,200 to $121,200, with medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
