Description
AirX is hiring a full-time Aircraft Performance Engineer in Malta to report to the Nominated Person Ground Operations. The role provides technical expertise across aircraft performance, weight and balance, flight operations monitoring, engine-out and escape procedures, performance documentation, fuel and operating-cost optimization, and the administration of Airbus performance tools such as Flysmart and PEP. The position requires airline flight-operations experience, strong aircraft-performance knowledge, high English proficiency, and the ability to work flexible, non-standard hours and respond to calls.
