Description
The Operations Manager oversees aircraft production operations and personnel management, including safety and quality, production metrics, work-in-process and material management, equipment maintenance, 5S, training, performance reviews, resource allocation, and cross-functional collaboration. The role requires at least four years of experience or equivalent education and experience, aircraft component and manufacturing experience, an A&P license or previous repairmen certificate holder, knowledge of lean manufacturing and process improvement, and proficiency with Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and ERP systems.
