Aircraft Records Specialist at Metrea

Metrea is hiring a Maintenance Records Manager to lead and oversee the Air Mobility Group’s maintenance records management program. The role manages the records team, ensures accurate AMOS documentation, approves maintenance records, audits compliance with FAA requirements, oversees component traceability and life-limited parts, and leads root-cause analysis. It requires an associate’s degree in aviation management, business, or a related field, 5–7 years of aircraft maintenance records management experience, at least 2 years of management or team-lead experience, and AMOS or comparable system expertise. The position is full-time, primarily office-based with flight-line visits, and may require travel.
