Description
The Airman Ministry Coordinator (AMC) supports the Hill Air Force Base Airmen Ministries program by planning and coordinating spiritual retreats, fellowship events, Bible studies, community service, leadership development, and other Airmen engagement activities. The role works with the Wing Chaplain and Chaplain in Charge, recruits and trains volunteers, prepares activity reports, and manages program resources and funding documentation. A bachelor’s degree in theology, Ministry, Religious Studies, or an equivalent accredited degree is required, while prior ministry, mentoring, community outreach, or leadership development experience is preferred.
