Description
The Airside Experience Specialist provides personalized hospitality and hands-on airside ground services for private aviation guests, crew, and aircraft. The role operates ground service equipment, performs fueling, de-icing, lavatory, ground power, potable water, parking, marshalling, wing walking, catering delivery, towing, luggage and cargo handling, shuttle transportation, ramp maintenance, and safety and security procedures. It requires schedule flexibility, outdoor work around active aircraft, a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to pass background, drug, and airport security checks; three to six months of aviation, customer service, or related experience is preferred.
