Description
The Airside Experience Specialist provides hospitality and operational support at a private aviation terminal, operating ground-service equipment and performing aircraft services such as fueling, de-icing, lavatory, ground power, potable water, parking, marshalling, wing walking, catering delivery, and towing. The role also handles luggage and cargo, guest transportation, ramp safety, fuel handling, emergency response, security protocols, and accurate activity records. It requires a high school diploma or GED, at least 18 years of age, a valid state driver’s license, airport security clearance, and the ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and in outdoor conditions around active aircraft.
