Description
The Airside Experience Specialist serves as the face of a private aviation terminal, combining hospitality with hands-on aircraft ground operations. Responsibilities include operating ground service equipment, fueling, de-icing, lavatory, ground power, potable water, parking, marshalling, wing walking, catering delivery, towing, luggage and cargo handling, shuttle transportation, ramp maintenance, safety reporting, emergency response, and guest service. The role requires schedule flexibility, outdoor work around active aircraft, and the ability to pass background, drug, and airport security checks. The position offers a $1,000 sign-on bonus, a prorated housing stipend through March 31, 2027, and competitive hourly pay of $25.00 to $27.00.
