Description
C3EL is looking for a cleared professional to join their team at Hill AFB in Utah. The successful candidate will support the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA)-provided GIG capabilities and services in a 24x7 Global Network Support Center (GNSC) within the Airborne, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (AISR) Operations Support Cell. Responsibilities include creating and updating tickets, monitoring network events, analyzing and resolving faults, isolating root causes, correcting faulty network elements, restoring networks and services, and escalating incidents. The role requires strong technical proficiency in various networking equipment and protocols, effective communication, and adherence to established procedures and standards.
