Description
ICEYE is hiring a permanent, on-site AIT Engineering Team Lead in Warsaw, Poland, to lead the assembly, integration, and testing of spacecraft systems and optical payloads. The role combines technical leadership with hands-on spacecraft integration, troubleshooting, verification, process development, and production ramp-up, while mentoring engineers and coordinating with engineering, production, quality, suppliers, and external payload providers. Candidates need at least five years of spacecraft AIT, system integration, testing, or complex hardware production experience, along with expertise in optical systems, precision hardware, DFM/DFT, AIT processes, GSE, troubleshooting, production systems, and continuous improvement.
