The role manages product development, delivery, architecture, APIs, cross-team coordination, and engineering resources while guiding technical direction for framework-level components and production issues. Candidates need extensive ServiceNow and advanced coding experience, strong JavaScript and Java or similar object-oriented language expertise, and at least five years managing core software engineering teams. The position offers a base pay range of $171,900 to $300,800 plus equity, variable compensation, and benefits.
