The role provides customer service, educates customers about sustainable fabrics, product fit and functionality, acts as a brand ambassador, handles visual merchandising and stocking, processes sales through cash handling and the POS system, and contributes to sales targets and team culture. Candidates need prior retail experience, strong customer service and sales skills, relationship-building ability, performance-indicator knowledge, and teamwork.
