Aje is hiring a part-time Third in Charge for its Chadstone store, reporting to Regional Manager Tiana Vasillopoulos. The role combines customer service, product education, brand ambassadorship, visual merchandising, stocking, cash handling, POS sales processing, sales performance, team collaboration, and support for management operations. Candidates need prior retail experience, strong customer service and sales skills, relationship-building ability, performance-indicator knowledge, initiative, decision-making, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
