The role oversees driver performance, dispatch and route scheduling, fleet and regulatory compliance, participant and stakeholder engagement, safety training, and operational support, while also serving as a backup driver when needed. The position requires a high school diploma, a valid state or commercial driver's license, one year of experience working with elderly individuals, and the ability to work weekends, holidays, and shifts as necessary.
