CERTEGO 24/7 is hiring Alarm Center Operators for its Jyväskylä and Kokkola units on a 0–40 hours per week contract. The role involves receiving and assessing security, property, intrusion, fire, technical, and personal security alarms; dispatching security personnel, authorities, or maintenance; monitoring video surveillance and technical security systems; recording events; and creating reports. The work is shift-based, with initial weekday shifts and progression to weekend and night shifts, and requires a security guard card, basic IT skills, Finnish and English language skills, and strong customer service and interpersonal abilities. Knowledge of property automation and previous alarm center experience are advantages.
