MMS – Memminger Sicherheitsdienst GmbH is hiring an experienced Alarm Receiving Centre / Service Dispatch employee to independently handle alarm, fault, and service notifications; monitor security systems; coordinate intervention teams; contact emergency services and customers; operate control-room and video surveillance systems; document incidents; and conduct shift handovers. The role requires several years of relevant experience, strong German, IT skills, and calm, structured working under pressure. It is exclusively a night-shift position with weekend and public-holiday deployment, and offers a permanent position with salary supplements for night, Sunday, and public-holiday work.
