The Swedish Armed Forces is hiring a permanent, full-time Telecommunications Technician in Technical Surveillance to operate and maintain technical surveillance infrastructure in Boden, including intrusion alarms, access control, CCTV, IT security systems, and associated servers, clients, switches, routers, and firewalls. The role involves commissioning, preventive and corrective maintenance, system changes, documentation, technical support, and collaboration with units and suppliers. Applicants need upper secondary education with an electrical or telecommunications engineering focus, equivalent experience, Swedish and English communication skills, and a Category B driving licence or higher. The position is civilian, requires work-related travel, and may involve assignment to a wartime position and service abroad.
